BootMgr is missing, usual fixes don't. Total identified Windows installations: 0' BootRec /RebuildBcd - I get the message 'Total identified Windows installations: 0'. Windows RT 8.1 Boot Configuration 0xc000000d. While the bootrec/rebuildbcd process showed “Total identified Windows installations: 0″. Bootrec /rebuildbcd Y. How to Fix bootrec /fixboot access denied in Windows 10 that normally occurs when users make an attempt to resolve another stop code.

thanks for the reply, on further investigation it looks like it hasn't gone, i run repair again and it finds the vista that is installed on the c: drive, my problem is it won't boot up, i get the bios screen and at the bottom where it says install from cd/dvd just above that there is a message something like NO EMULATION FILE 001, then if i boot using cd installation it goes to a page with select os but all i see if an option to run a memory check which i did and that came back with no problems and the other option is run ELM or select f8 for more option which takes me to the screen with safe mode etc but if i try to boot in safe mode it will go to a black screen with safe mode in each corner but thats it, then the enter launguage currency for the disc install comes up.

Melodyne free download full version. so it looks like its there but just wont boot up, if i run normall boot procedure it goes to bois screen and then to some strange vista screen with a large cloudy black border around it, from that after a few seconds it goes to a black screen and stays at that.

many thanks for the help!
